We pack every DADDL order with care to make sure your candy dates arrive fresh and ready to snack.
Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. We hope you understand that once food leaves our hands, we can’t resell or restock it.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s an issue caused during shipping, we’re here for you. Just reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and our team will make it right.

I really enjoy your Daddl dates and the taste was excellent. However, my order was delivered in a car without cooling system, and it appears the driver kept the package exposed to the heat for too long. As a result, the glaze/coating on the dates melted and became oily and messy inside the bag when I opened it.
I placed the dates in the refrigerator for a while, and after cooling they tasted great and the quality of the dates themselves was still very good.
I would recommend improving the delivery and temperature handling, especially during the summer months, to ensure customers receive the product in perfect condition. Thank you.

Amazing flavour, some dates have covering a bit “melted” on them then the others so they are less sour, nevertheless amazing quality and flavour. Not a big date fan but this blew me away.
