Refund policy
We pack every DADDL order with care to make sure your candy dates arrive fresh and ready to snack.
Because our products are food items, we're unable to accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. Once food leaves our hands, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged, incorrect, or affected during shipping?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so our team can review it and make it right.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Failed delivery due to incorrect information
When placing an order you are responsible for making sure your delivery address, phone number and any other contact details are correct and complete. If a delivery fails because the information provided was wrong or incomplete, or because our courier was unable to reach you, the shipping cost is non-refundable. That fee has already been paid to the carrier on your behalf and cannot be recovered.
If the package is returned to us in those circumstances, we will do our best to refund you for the products themselves, but we are not able to refund the original shipping fee. If you would like us to resend the order, a new delivery fee will apply.
