Short answer: candy dates are real dates that taste like your favourite sweets. Sour, fizzy, fruity and chewy. And at DADDL, that is all we make.
So, what is a candy date?
Start with a date, nature's original sweet. Then give it the flavours you grew up on: sour cola bottles, sour apple, fizzy candy, strawberry shake. That is a candy date. It looks like a treat, it chews like a treat, and it starts with real fruit instead of refined sugar.
We call it nature with attitude. Dates were never boring. They just needed a better outfit.
Six flavours. Find your type.
- Sour Cola: classic cola with a sharp sour bite. Our best seller, and a strong first date.
- Sour Apple: a tangy green apple kick for people who like it sharp.
- Sour Watermelon: juicy, mouth-watering and properly sour.
- Fizzy Bottle: the playful fizz of a pick-and-mix favourite.
- Sweet Peach: ripe peach sweetness with a soft, candy-like chew.
- Strawberry Shake: smooth and creamy, like a milkshake you can chew.
Inspired by Swedish candy
The idea comes from the Swedish pick-and-mix aisle: sweet, sour and fizzy, all in one bag. We kept the fun and built it on dates. The result is a snack for the desk, the drive, the festival and the couch. No rules. No moments off-limits.

Quick answers
Is there sugar in candy dates?
DADDL has no added sugar. Dates are naturally sweet, so every bag still has the sugar that comes from the fruit itself. The nutrition panel on each bag has the full numbers.
How big is a bag?
Every UAE bag holds 125 g.
Can I share them?
You can. We don't always.
